The Opportunity
The Production Designer volition contribute to the cosmos of cookware, ovenware, bakeware & kitchenware products in line with the Groupe SEB brand & marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
•Design products in line with the brand pattern strategy and with attention to details to create consistent product ranges
•Elaborate concepts proposing the optimal user experience responding to consumer insight
•Go along upward to appointment with the all-time make blueprint evolutions and marketplace trends
•Generate innovative product concepts that stands out in the market
•Ensure the implementation of graphic, product design and colour material & finishing (CMF) charts on products
•Collaborate actively with squad members, in an iterative way to define the most accurate concepts
•Accompany the marketing teams to consummate the design briefs
•Initiate & Carry artistic phases: explorations, idea generation, concept elaboration, persona creation & user journeying, mock 'upward & model making
•Manage projects with care by assuring that every pattern stage has been achieved in guild to deliver the design work as defined with the team & on fourth dimension
•Bring expertise in product design to contribute to the best product solution & reframe the projection if changes occur
•Follow & back up the projects given to external designers
•Share work and updates with Groupe SEB designer community
Cognition and Skills
•Available'due south degree in Industrial and Product Design (or equivalent experience)
•ane-two years' of experience in Industrial and/or Product blueprint within consumer goods industry
•Mastery of computing tools: 3D CAD (rhinoceros) / 3D rendering (keyshot) / 2nd (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop)
•Potent project management skills – Chapters to organize, set priorities & to keep up with project timing & upkeep
•Capacity to deal with a large corporeality of various information (development process, industrial constraints, product strategies, design orientations, market expectations, consumer insights,)
•Ability to work transversally and cantankerous-functionally across unlike teams with familiarity with industrial processes
•Creative mindset and Consumer-axial
•Knowledge of French is a plus
